Fracking Trucks Causing $ 2 Billion Dollars Of Damage To Texas Roads

The Texas Department of Transportation told industry representatives and elected officials Monday that repairing roads damaged by drilling activity to bring them up to standard would "conservatively" cost $1 billion for farm-to-market roads and another $1 billion for local roads. And that doesn't include the costs of maintaining interstate and state highways. Thank to the Ohio Legislature and ODNR the industry no loner is mandated to sign a Roads Usage Maintenance Agreement to fix our roads. They only have to attempt to make a "good faith" effort :( Hmmm, I thought the profits from fracking will be more than enough to cover the damges? What say thee, Ricky Rowlands?
