Police Searching Downtown Youngstown For Cuffed Prisoner

it shouldn't be that hard to find this person then again people do strange things to their bodies. it might seem to be normal to a person passing by this handcuffed individual. if i did not read this post. how  would i know he was a fugitive on the run from the law when i passed this ind on the ytown sts, i would think this was a fashion statement.

Police this morning are looking for a handcuffed male who escaped from a Beaver Township police car overnight in downtown Youngstown.
