Youngstown police are on the scene of a homicide on the North Side.
According to reports, a woman was shot in the head and killed while sitting on a front porch on Park Avenue near Griffith Street just after 5 p.m. A witness said she was holding a 5-month old baby on her lap at the time, but the baby is fine.
The witness also said a second person was shot and taken to the hospital.
