We actually had a total of 21 people for Sunday.

Saturday (after the rain in the afternoon) we had 10 people.

Thanks to all!!  This was an exciting project and we plan to do lots more!

About fifteen people came out today to plant trees at several homes along East Midlothian Boulevard.  Although most tree planters were from the seventh ward on the south side, many westsiders also helped. 

In the photo below, workers watched as tree planting instructions were being given by a member for the Treez Please organization.


In this photo, a helper from the seventh ward places dirt around the root ball of a newly planted blue spruce tree.
