I definitely see your point, Peggy... problem is, with such limited resources it's a tough
balancing act to try and spread those thin resources evenly all over town.  I think that
a healthy downtown will, however, encourage more people to live in the city - which will
have a positive effect on its neighborhoods and increase revenues for the city.

If the downtown keeps going in the direction that it's going we are going to have something that all of us can be proud of. There, I've said it and I'm glad!
