I feel a downtown festival kitchen is needed for the various events that are held on or near Federal Plaza.  Currently each festival has to provide its own temporary food kitchen and rent coolers, sinks, ovens and more.  A city owned federal plaza kitchen would really help groups to hold more and better events.
