Individuals possessing special skills and leadership abilities should get involved with block watches ASAP.

I would think that the future city leaders will come from the higher educated individuals in the community.  Hopefully, more indviduals with business education like an MBA. Think how much better off we would be if we had a council that could actually read and understand the budget.

Future Youngstown city leaders will probably come out of the block watch movement.  Two of the candidates for the fourth ward city council seat in Youngstown are also active block watch members.
