Handyman recommendation for cracks in concrete sidewalk?

I'm not sure how big your cracks are or how long they are but CRACK IS WACK.

Oops! What I meant to type is that if their isn't too much to deal with, which I'm guessing is the case due to your potential under $500 cost, you could buy some of this stuff and have at it.

I need the cracks in my sidewalk and concrete drivepad sealed.  This job does not require skill, and the work will be done outside with little shade.  Is there a handyman who does things like this?  The concrete companies do not do projects that are less than $500 in my experience.
