Summer Festival of the Arts - July 12 & 13
Rusty Waters Musical Festival - July 20
Mt. Carmel Italian Festival - July 24-27
Italian Festival - August 1-3
Cops and Rodders - August 10
Briar Hill Italian Festival - August 14-17
Vex Fest - August 17
Gray to Green Festival - September 13

Of the eleven downtown events listed for 2008, three are Italian festivals.  Why don't other nationalities hold festivals in downtown Youngstown?
