Pierogi Is Becoming Harder To Find (a suggestion)

Over the last few months, two Polish Church congregations announced that they will no longer make pierogis.  One was St. Joseph's in Campbell and the other was St. Stan's in Youngstown.

I have a suggestion

If the Brier Hill Cultural Center organization still exists, have this group take over pierogi production to raise funds for their organization.  If I recall, the Cultural Center had a kitchen and a basement hall which could be used for pierogi luncheons.
