What brand of tire? What tire shop?

Why not share the secrets?

Towntwlk,

I just purchased some MADE IN USA tires and I got them from a tire dealer located within the city of Youngstown.

I've bought  Cooper Lifeliner Classic all season tires that were USA made. I got them at Sandy's Tire on Mahoning Ave. in Warren. Sandy's price includes mounting, balancing and future rotations. Good quiet tire, great in snow and rain and I got 60,000-70,000 miles out of three sets I bought.

Did you find wht you were looking for yet?

Why?town,

One of the tire stores you mentioned was the one that made it sound as though it did not stock American Made tires.

Towntalk,

Thanks for the information.  I will visit both of these tire stores this week.  Both stores are located within the city of Youngstown too.   Thanks!

About three months ago I found American made tires at Walmart, Pep Boys, NTB, West Side Tire and Flynn's. Since these were the only shops I checked, I'm batting 100%.

I'm trying to buy a tire for a car but want the tire to be made in America.  One tire dealer basically told me he didn't have a single tire still made in this country.  Is anyone else having a problem finding American made replacement tires?
