In a few weeks, Youngstown City Council will take their annual summer recess.

Why take a council summer recess this year when the city has so many serious problems?

Examples
- Coronavirus -
- Fire Department out of overtime funds -
- City income tax drastic decline -
- Highest unemployment  in years -
