Summer fair, festival dream idea....

I've had a sort of "pipe dream" about a summer fair and festival in Youngstown that might make use
Of downtown and/or the Idora fairgrounds for a short summer festival.  Maybe rent some rides,
Setup food concessions, bingo hall, etc....for maybe one week each summer, early enough in the
season that it would not have to compete with the Canfild fair.

There could be outdoor performances and movies also.

Ideas, opinions anyone?
