Glad to see the tenants were able to find new locations around the county. Sorry to see them leave downtown. Looks like there will be no retail anymore in downtown Youngstown. Just restaurants, banks, lawyers and the courthouses. Still can't understand why anyone would like to live downtown with it being a food and retail desert. One can only go to V2's so many times per week.
When Silver's closed, the downtown took another retail hit.
I guess the Brown administration is anti-retail.
