I don't remember if it was the 19th or 20th but my wife got gas at the Get-Go at 46 and 422 in Niles for $2.559.

On the 22nd I checked that Get-Go in Niles and the Austintown Get-go were both $2.699. Strange because the one in Niles is generally at least $0.20/gallon cheaper.

All those prices were paying with the Get-Go discount card thing.

For the past few months Biden has removed oil from our National Oil Reserve to make prices lower (why would we ever need a reserve when living in such a peacefull world?). We are now nearing the end of doing that so he went to the middle east (where they follow every enviromental mandate to make sure every day that the whole world is cleaner than it was yesterday) to ask them (but not us) to drill for more.

Supply and demand has always been what sets the prices of everything. As long as supply is higher than demand, prices go down.

So what did OPEC do? Those fine gentlemen did what what Biden did 21 months ago, they lowered the production in their part of the world, which reduces supply. The $4.99 posted in June may become a low number soon. (Maybe their goal is to charge more for oil so they can spend it on green energy cars to sell to us to get even more of our money.)
