Noticed this a few days ago

The gasoline price sign on the southeast corner of Mahoning Avenue and South Belle Vista is very confusing.  The sign lists gas at $2.13 and a few moments later the sign reads $2.19.  The lower price is for gas purchased using a special card.  The sign keeps flipping back and forth for the two prices.

If someone driving past glances up and sees the $2.13, they soon find out at the pump that the price is really $2.19 for most car drivers.
