Will Food Assistance Program End In February?

Now I'm hearing the SNAP food assistance program will run out of funds in March.

Some people abuse the SNAP system. Some people don't.

I wonder which group will cause the most civil unrest.

The Federal Government shut down may have a major impact on some people living in Youngstown.    The SNAP food assistance program will run out of funds in February unless more federal money is forthcoming.

A few websites on the internet are predicting civil unrest when people can no longer buy food with their SNAP cards.
