Oh no Dan!!! We're really SCREWED now!!! Why, we were pinning ALL OUR HOPES on green jobs saving us!!  Dang, I might have to find my own bridge to live under.

Sun Solar, GE Solar, BP Solar, and Evergreen Solar..............They all layed off employees. Evergreen Solar of Massachusetts layed off 800 workers, and saw their stock price go from $100 to $3 a share.

In fairness, it wasn't because of diminished interest in solar energy. It is because they can't compete with cheap Chinese and Indian labor in making panels.

Whether you think this is good, or not, depends on what you value more; cheaper solar panels, or jobs.
