Never heard of him until the other night when I saw the news story.

No doubt now that he's filed, more about him will come out, but as of now, it looks like he's not qualified to run a city like Youngstown since we know absolutely nothing about him.

Do you know anything about Matthew Smith?  He recently filed to run for Mayor of Youngstown.

How active is he with north side block watches or neighborhood associations?
