More earthquakes in Oklahoma

This has nothing to do with earthquakes and everything to do with shoddy construction.  You can't just build 4" concrete block walls six feet tall without doweling them into the abutting wall or running rebar up from the floor to anchor them.    It was an accident waiting to happen and did not happen during an earthquake.
