Are the Town Shopper Coupons (arrive by envelope) targeted for a specific areas?
I receive them in the mail but don't use most of them.
Do people also trade these local business coupons?
My guess is yes they are.
I use mainly manufacturer coupons at the bigger chain stores(Walgreens, CVS, Riteaid, Giant Eagle, Marcs, Target, Walmart, Kmart, Dollar General,Family Dollar, somtimes IGA and Sparkle). There are a few expereienced couponers locally. I've never met them but have conversed with them on the coupon forums. Most of my trades have been through the mail, so I'm not sure how trade-able the local coupons are. It would seem those would more RAOKrandom act of kindness) than trade.
