The house is going up for auction in March unless someone wants to buy it for the current asking price which I believe the yard sign indicated was in the mid 50s.
Here's the link to the real estate company that is selling the house. Note that they say that it has 3 bedrooms as opposed to the description from another source that says 2. Many photos - 18 - of this house. Lets hope that it doesn't go to some slumlord.
