No One From City Government Attended

no wonder this area is always behind the times!

I definitely heard city staffers talking about attending the Grow Youngstown events this weekend.

This evening I attended an event sponsored by Grow Youngstown.  The program included a movie about the topic of Peak Oil.

I was disappointed when I didn't see any Youngstown councilmen or city officials in attendance.   Peak Oil is something our country and city will have to come to grips with in the years ahead.  We need representatives who are looking ahead to the problems our city will confront and working on solutions before we enter a crisis.
