A new South Avenue business, www.theyoungstownchannel.com, held its ribbon cutting this afternoon.  The company records many governemnt meetings and offers them for viewing on their website.

The New TV, The Youngstown Channel is moving to 2311 South Avenue.  The grand opening is set for Saturday, September 16, at 12:00 noon.  The company is a community webcasting network.
