Please join Youngstown Litter Control and Recycling, the Youngstown Playhouse, YNDC, Idora Neighborhood Association, Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church and other groups to clean up a vacant lot next to the Youngstown Playhouse to develop a pocket park.
