This is the property that the City just gave to the Mahoning Valley Railroad Heritage Association so I would imagine this track is for their equipment.

Some type of construction is taking place near the railroad crossing on Poland Avenue.  The photo depicts the area on the north side of the street.  Where will these new tracks go?
