This is the mansion Caleb Baldwin Wick built on Wick Avenue after he
moved from downtown.

The Butler Art museum stands on the site where this mansion was.
where Henry K. Wick, Caleb B. Wick Jr. and a bunch of others were born.
The children grew up to be the barons of the day - banks, real estate
they inherited, the steel mills, etc.

A few of them built their own mansions on Wick Ave.

Found this history article from 1940 Vindy archives on Google News

Caleb B. Wick's original residence was located where the ruins of the Liberty Theater are now.  He "removed to
Wick Avenue" when the commercial development began to expand in early downtown Youngstown..

Wish I could find actual photos of the house.. the article fills in a lot of missing info about the early Wick Family
tree, etc
