Watch Out For These Bicyclists

This happened this evening after 5:45 p.m.

I approached Mahoning Avenue from South Belle Vista.  I observed 8 teens on bicycles come from North Belle Vista and cross onto Mahoning Avenue heading east toward the downtown.  They proceeded to ride down Mahoning Avenue (in the dark) while driving in the car lane, the center lane, the curb lane and even on the west bound lane.  The kids kept swerving from one lane to another.  I did not try to pass them.  Eventually I pulled into a parking lot.  These youngsters kept riding toward the bridge over Mill Creek.
