Candidates For The Primary Election

The list of candidates is in the Saturday, January 5, newspaper on page B-3.  Many of the races are uncontested in the primary and in the general election.  I guess someone can still run as an independent in the general election if they file before the primary.

Yesterday was the final day for candidates to file for the primary election.  I hope we have some contested elections this time.
