Here We Go Again

POINT 1. The good Mayor said that as of now there is more than ample downtown parking spaces and we don't need another parking lot.
POINT 2. A park and Ampatheater is back on the table for the former United Engeneering space.

In my not so humble opinion, I like the idea, but until I actually pick up the paper and read about it's grand opening, and see it on the 6:00 news, I shant get myself overly excited, and in fact will not even opine on the subject further.
