Great! Since downtown Youngstown is the "hub" it would be nice to see downtown business's offer some type of sales or specials that day to get folks to jump on a bus for a day.

WRTA is encouraging individuals to park their vehicles on Tuesday, September 10 and ride transit for FREE with a "Dump The Pump Coupon" that will be available in the Youngstown newspaper on September 2 & 3, 2013.  On Tuesday, September 10, present your free ride coupon upon boarding the WRTA bus.  The coupon is valid only on September 10.  No photo copies will be accepted.
