They had a meeting to see what else they can up with to kick more businesses and people out of Youngstown.

This was an interesting workshop.  The only person in attendance from the city administration was Councilman Atkinson.  Where was the mayor?  Where were the members of his cabinet?  What happened to the six other councilmen?
