Don't miss this Opportunity!  Dr. John Stolz to Speak on Gas Drilling

John Stolz, Ph.D., professor of Biology and director of the Center for Environmental Research and Education at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pa is coming to speak for the 4th educational meeting on drilling at Liberty Township Administration Building, May 19, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. 1315 Churchill Hubbard Road, Youngstown, Ohio

Dr. Stolz has investigated shale gas extraction, visiting completed well sites, waste water treatment plants taking flow back water, and a liquids separation facility.   Now that fracing waste fluids from other states are being "pretreated" by Patriot Water Treatment, Warren, Ohio, then sent into Warren's sewer to the city plant and, finally, discharged into the Mahoning River, it's important for us to learn more about the science and realities of putting these contaminated fluids back into our environment.
