Title: Those Lights On the Arched Bridge On Mahoning Avenue

It wasn't long ago that strands of lights were installed on the arched bridge just west on the WRTA offices on Mahoning Avenue. 

I noticed this evening that the lights on the west side of the bridge have been damaged and are no longer working.
