Dan, saying it's good and safe doen't make it either.....

Dan Moadus

Sorry Dennis, but saying, "Fracking is bad........really bad", does not make it bad, no matter how many times you say it.

irishbobcat

Fracking is bad.....really bad.....Dan Moadus is just too blind  :o to see the facts on this issue....

Dan Moadus

Dennis, you're slipping. Within "Youngstownshrimp's" post was this sentence: Next door in PA, the state just ordered 160,000 state CNG vehicles for its fleet saving 50% on fuel cost plus reducing the carbon footprint by 50%. You missed cutting and pasting it, and asking "Why not Ohio?". Better pay a little more attention, you don't want to miss too many "cut and paste" opportunities.

irishbobcat

No, Shrimp.....

the entitles don't want to be posioned, get cancer, and have toxins in our waterways, air, land, and your shrimp.....

The US is the most advanced nation in drilling technology today, we are the envy of the world.  For the first time in history because of this new technology and the Marcellus shale, we are now the largest natural gas producer in the world, we beat Russia last year.  Today, the boom is ongoing with an army of landmen from all over the country pouring thru our county deeds in our county deed room.  In Lake Milton, the new high tech drill hauled up from Oklahoma City is preparing to drill another deep well.  Next door in PA, the state just ordered 160,000 state CNG vehicles for its fleet saving 50% on fuel cost plus reducing the carbon footprint by 50%.  In NW PA, Chesapeake Energy just completed 7 Million dollar dorms to house the Oil & Gas workers brought up from Texas and LA , all rental housing are occupied.

V&M which manufactures O&G pipe are now hiring YSU engineers, IMO YSU must start an O&G training program to put the unemployed masses in this county to work.  Fort Worth, TX, the first to harvest their gas shale created 85,000 jobs and are building new rental space in their downtown.

Sadly, the entitled don't want this, they would have to work for a living.

First video states that the gas in the water was naturally occurring, not related to drilling and the filmmaker had a copy of a report stating that.
