The League of Woman Voters publishes a Voter Information Guide prior to each election.
Candidates are asked to provide information about themselves including their qualification for office.
Why do so many candidate refuse to provide this basic information for the voter guide?

Of the candidates running for Youngstown City Council, seven did not respond to the candidate survey. Four of them are current city council members.
