Global Warming.

Why in God's name are we still talking about this!

We just had lows -13 and wind chills -30.  GLOBAL WARMING IS A SCAM!

After misreading you thread subject as "Paintless cure for global warming?" I am amused by the actual topic.

I'm not sure it would really help though, even white cars get hot as h*ll in the summer sun, as do white sandy beaches.

Another thing to consider is winter. That's when you wuold want everything painted black to absorb the extra heat and allow people to burn less fuel for heat.

That's why it's commonly known as "global climate change" now.  :P

I don't know if I buy into the whole "Global Warming" thing either, but I
DO know that in the 20 years since I moved to the greater D.C. area from
Ohio, the winters have DEFINITELY changed - for the warmer end of things.

We used to get snow frequently during the winters here, now we get very
little.... if fact, we had a couple winters where there was no snow
at all.  The average winter temperatures here have risen quite a bit since
20 years ago.  This recent cold wave was the first time we've had bitter
cold here in a long, long time.  We hit 4 degrees here a couple nights ago,
but temps are already back up into the high 20's.

This is the same useless paper that also said that CO2 causes global cooling at the same time it causes global warming.
