Annoying Grocery Store Shopper

I entered the check out line in a Cornersburg grocery store today.  The woman in line in front of me was talking on her cell phone.  Because she was holding the phone in one hand she only had the other hand to use to empty her shopping cart.  This slowed her entire time at the check out as the cashier had to wait for the woman to slowly place the next item on the conveyor belt.
