Found - Tongue & Groove Pliers

The tool found was not a Channellock.

I do own several Channellock tools that I purchased because they were Made In U.S.A.  Actually the tools are made in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

[Why?Town]

Are they Channel Locks? If so, they may be the only ones still made in the USA.
