I know Mahoning County is considering placing a sales tax increase on the ballot.   This tax change was ridiculous.

I dined at a south side restaurant today.

Here is what appeared on my bill.

Salad                3.25
Entree             12.45
Bowl of Soup     6.45
                       ____       
                       22.15
Tax                    6.11
                       ____
                       28.26

What's wrong here?
