IMO, residents have a right to be angry. People are expected to keep their property in good condition, make repairs promptly, etc., or they receive a letter from the PROSECUTORS office[/font][/color]
Yet CITY-OWNED properties are allowed to fall into this kind of disrepair, and they do NOTHING?

Who is there to hold City Hall to the same level of accountability that they hold us to?
This is wrong on many levels and the city needs to DO something about it. Now.

The mayor should see to it that the City of Youngstown itself is a shining example of good property management.  Anything less is unacceptable.
