"Welcome to Downtown Youngstown" Committee

Our city needs a "Welcome to Downtown Youngstown" committee.  This type of organization would be available to take former residents, visitors, and prospective new businesses on a walking tour of downtown Youngstown.  Someone driving through the downtown doesn't see all of the good things that are there or learn about all of the projects that are in the works.  A directory of places to eat could be printed as well as a calendar of entertainment events.  The committee would be the public relations link for all of the downtown revitalization activities.
