OK, I had 2 chili-dogs from this establishment today.  Their chili sauce is very comparable to Jay's sauce.  (I joked that, because they are located in the space previously occupied by Jay's, they had left over Jay's chili.)

Their menu doesn't list hours of operation.

They serve many of the typical lunch style foods.  Sandwiches include: tuna salad, grilled chicken breast, sliced turkey, etc.  They have salads, which I'm told are very reasonably priced.  And, they have soups.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
