We need a global ban on "environment chiefs".  This has nothing to do with environmentalists or tree huggers, this has everythign to do with weasel politicians finding another way to tax us without it raising anyone's ire. You are being duped.

Here's a question:

What about the plastic trash bags?

Thanks I will check it out

Not at this time, but I will try to bring up the tv segment and look at it.

To please the tree huggers.

The strange part of it is that grocery shopping bags are made from recycled paper and are biodegradable.

On Victory Garden, they show them used in gardens, so obviously they disintegrate hence harmless to the environment because this program is hard core environment.

I can almost understand plastic. But paper?

John:

ABC News had a story tonight about cities placing a tax on paper and plastic bags from stores. And what about cardboard boxes?

Is Yougstown considering such a tax, and if so, how much for each bag?
