County Commissioner: Rimedio-Righetti or Barron

Does anyone have a strong opinion outside of the political party affiliation of these two candidates on who would be better?  I'm not sure who to vote for.
Based on what I understand, the Commissioners are mostly Democratic.  Barron would be the sole Republican if he won.  I don't know much about the candidates.  I am trying to figure out whom I should vote for.
