Paper Money - An Observation

I don't look at the details on paper money that often.

Here is a recent observation.
On the lower right of U.S paper money there is a place for the signature of the Secretary of the Treasury. 

I've always seen the signatures in cursive.

The current Secretary of the Treasury, Steve Mnuchin, printed his name.  Is this how he always signs his name?
