There were many local commercials  radio stations like WHOT and WBBW ran throughout the 60's and 70's. Here a few I remember:
"Mr Victor says, the smartest thing you wear is your hair"
"Cunningham Furniture, at the end of the bridge in Lowellville"
"Don't Be Shy, See Shy. Shy Locksin Tailors."
"Shop the wonder world of Welles"
"Man alive, 2 pairs for 5, at Pickway Self-serve Shoe Mart"
"Get it at the Voo, and Vogue Records in Warren"
"Idora Park, just for the fun of it"
"Big Red Russo Wrecker"
"Mack Garbriel's service. Rigby at Wilson"
