Water Line Break Nearly Ruins Church Dinner

A water line break on Covington Avenue right in front of Sts. Peter ans Paul's Church nearly ruined the church's annual Chicken Francaise  fundriaser dinner.  Members of the church had to scramble to acquire single-use food utensils and plates in order to serve the food that had been cooking all morning.

The water leak was a real gusher.

As of 2:00 p.m., the Water Department had not responded to the leak.
