Mr. There,

FYI
Ohio EPA regulations allow contained fires for heating purposes without the need of a permit.

On public property? Is there a city ordinance?

Members of Occupy Youngstown must have listened to the suggestion of the newspaper editor.  I've heard that about 8 OY members attended a recent Mill Creek Park Board meeting.

This is one of the quotes for the newspaper article.

QuoteHere is a suggestion for the Occupy Youngstown folks: You will have more impact locally if you occupy a commission meeting or a township meeting. Try it for a few months, please.

A recommendation by a newspaper editor who was a guest on a radio talk show this morning

Those supporting Occupy Youngstown should occupy city council meetings, county commission meetings, school board meetings and other meetings of elected officials.
