I also heard that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants the beer to be free and the hot dogs replaced with hot soys.

So they are going to close off North Phelps Street to make it a "mall" like the old Federal Plaza....be nice if there were actually more small business shops lining that street other than a hot dog shop and a shop that alters clothing.....Will that become the street to host small street festivals who are too tiny for the new outdoor venue?
